Returning Your Item
We understand that there are times when you may need to return an item. We have tried to make our returns process, and any related charges, as straightforward as possible. To return your item you will need to have your invoice number handy (this can be found on your confirmation email or paper invoice).
To get started with the return please enter your invoice number and email address below.
To enable us to process your return(s) as quickly as possible, please supply your correct Invoice Number and email address above. Your Invoice Number starts with CI and can be found in your order confirmation / dispatch emails. You can also find your Invoice Number on the yellow labels attached to each product ordered.
On entering your Invoice Number and email address above, please follow the further simple steps and we will then email you with instructions to send the product(s) back. Please read and follow them carefully to enable us to process your return(s) quickly.
The return(s) will be processed on receipt of the product(s). Once they have been checked to ensure that they are in good condition, refunds will then be processed using the original method of payment.
